Ingredients
  • 4 cup flour
  • 3 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tsp cold water
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping OR cinnamon sugar to taste

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    In a large bowl, mix together the flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and baking soda until a dough forms.

    Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and shape into bagels.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and cold water to make an egg wash.

    Brush the egg wash over the bagels.

    Sprinkle the bagels with your choice of Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping or cinnamon sugar.
