Ingredients
  • 50 g Washed Rice
  • 100 g Canned Tomato
  • 5 g Taco Seasoning
  • 125 g Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • 250 ml Beef Stock
  • 20 g Light Tasty Cheese
  • 50 g Kidney Beans
Instructions

    Add rice to oven safe container, then add tomatoes, kidney beans, taco seasoning, ground beef, and beef or vegetable broth. Stir well.

    Add to oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees; then take out, add cheese and put back in oven for another 15-20 minutes
