Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup egg beaters
  • 1 scoop cinnamon cereal protein powder from legion
  • Cinnadust to taste
  • 1 splash Vanilla extract
  • 6 slices Sub 80 cal/slice bread (e.g., Lewis Bake Shop)
  • Low-cal syrup to taste
Instructions

    Mix 1/2 cup skim milk with 1/3 cup egg beaters, 1 scoop cinnamon cereal protein powder, cinnadust, and a tiny bit of vanilla extract.
