Dice the chicken breast and add to slow cooker; add the juice from one lemon and then 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1.5 tsp Italian Herb seasoning, 1 tsp salt; Add 1 diced onion & 4 diced garlic cloves; Add 90g Parmesan Cheese, 250ml of Chicken stock; add 1 tsp of black pepper and mix everything together. Let cook in slow cooker for 3-4 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high
Cook 640g Pasta half way
Put 500g low fat cottage cheese, 50g light cream cheese, 100ml milk, 45g Parmesan Cheese, 1 tsp italian herb seasoning in a food processor and blend until smooth
Drain water from pasta and add pasta to slow cooker; add cheese sauce, mix everything together and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Top it off with some more parmesan and parsley.
