A delicious burger recipe with cheddar onion crisps and a special spread.

Cut an onion into thin slices, and put each one between two piles of shredded cheddar on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 400F for 6-10 mins.
Mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
Flatten into patties & rub each side with mustard.
Fry over medium heat until done to your preference.
For the spread, mix 1/4 cup mayo, 1.5 tbsp sugar free ketchup, 2 tbsp dill relish & 1 tsp vinegar.
