Component 1Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 400 g Ground Chicken (Coles Less Than 2% Fat Chicken Mince)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder (or 1 tsp regular mustard)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

    Put Ground chicken in a mixing bowl and add spices and egg; mix together

  2. 2

    Wet your hands and then form the nuggets placing them on parchment paper. Place formed nuggets in freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Component 2Nugget Breading

Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients into a blend

    First dip each nugget in an egg, then coat in flour mixture

  3. 3

    Put nuggets on parchment paper on baking sheet

  4. 4

    Spray nuggets with cooking oil

  5. 5

    Heat oven to 400 degrees, cook for 20-30 minutes, flipping nuggets half way

Component 3French Fries

Ingredients

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

    Cut potatoes into your preferred french fry shapes

  2. 2

    Soak cut potatoes in an ice bath for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Pat the potatoes dry

  4. 4

    Spray potatoes with cooking oil spray and add seasonings, mix together for good coverage

  5. 5

    Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes (or 400 degrees in air fryer for 20-25 minutes and shake every few minutes)
