Slice bread into sticks.
Whisk everything together.
Dunk each stick in the mixture and then cook sticks on each side in a nonstick pan until golden brown.
Mix Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, powdered PB, maple syrup or honey, and milk until smooth & fluffy.
Mix Ingredients until smooth & fluffy; add milk to thin, chill if prefer thicker
Dip french toast sticks in icing and enjoy!
