Easy Breakfast Protein Bake
Ingredients
  • 3 slices Sara Lee bread 45 cals
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup 2% Fairlife milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 splash pure vanilla
  • Whip cream to taste
  • Strawberries to taste
  • Sf syrup to taste
  • 2 tsp Powdered sugar we did about 2 tsp
Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Slice up your bread.

    Mix your wet ingredients and pour it over bread.

  4. 4

    Bake for about 30-35 mins (keep an eye on it).

  5. 5

    Take it out, let it cool for a few minutes, then add toppings.
