Ingredients
  • 8 whole hard boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

    In a large bowl grate your hard-boiled eggs using a box grater.

    Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
