Best Tuna Wrap
Ingredients
  • 3 whole boiled eggs
  • 2 can of SafeCatch Tuna (Lowest Mercury Tuna)
  • 1 whole Onions
  • 1 whole Peppers
  • Cilantro to taste
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 dash Salt
  • Avocado to taste
  • 3 whole Gluten Free Low Carb Wrap
Instructions
  1. 1

    Boil 2 or 3 eggs.

    Open and drain 2 cans of SafeCatch Tuna. Mash/mix hard boiled eggs and tuna.

    Chop onions, peppers, cilantro, and corn.

    Mix boiled eggs, tuna, onions, peppers, cilantro, corn, and cottage cheese in a bowl.

    Add salt to taste.

    Add avocado to the mixture.

  7. 7

    Wrap the mixture in a gluten-free low carb wrap.
