Make 6 patties from the ground beef - around 75g a patty. Add seasonings of your choice.
Cook on skillet medium heat until done
Mix ingredients together
Pour into Pan
Bake for 8-12 minutes at 400 degrees
Cut into 6 even slices when done
Mix together
Toast english muffins, spread cream cheese (optional) on bottom of english muffins and add sauce to each one
Put egg square on each muffin, put beef patty on top of egg square, put cheese slice on top of beef patty, put top of english muffin on; enjoy!
Store in fridge or freezer -> microwave for 1:15 from fridge; microwave for 2:30 from freezer
