Ingredients
  • 1.25 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup non fat greek yogurt
  • 1 whole egg
Instructions

    Mix ingredients until turns into dough; shape into 4 bagels and put on parchment paper on baking sheet

    Mix egg and water and coat each bagel with egg wash

  3. 3

    Top with any seasonings/toppings/inclusions

  4. 4

    Put parchment paper in bagel hole to keep shape

  5. 5

    Bake on top shelf at 375 degrees for 20 minutes; then 400 degrees for the next 5-7 minutes
