Combine all dough ingredients in a bowl. Knead for 4 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll dough into an 8” x 10” rectangle.
Spread softened butter over dough. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar substitute and cinnamon.
Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log. Slice into 7 equal rolls.
Lightly grease a 6-inch oven-safe skillet. Arrange rolls spiral-side up in a circle.
Bake at 350°F for 17 minutes, until golden and slightly soft in the center.
Mix yogurt and powdered sweetener to make frosting. Spoon over warm rolls before serving.
