Cook ground beef - season with Italian herbs and add tomato sauce, mix together and add in beef broth
Mix light cream cheese, parmesan, Italian herbs and 40g of light mozzarella in another bowl for the cream sauce
Add a layer of the cooked ground beef to the bowls, then add a layer of lasagne sheets, then add a layer of the cream sauce, then another layer of the ground beef and then top with light mozzarella
Put it oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
