Add cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, taco seasoning and hot sauce on high speed in a blender (you can use milk/water to thin out consistency) and add another tbsp of hot sauce if you want it spicier.
Pour into a microwave-safe bowl and heat and stir in 30 second increments until warmed through.
Eat with protein chips, veggies or as a topping and enjoy!
