Ingredients
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 120 g self raising flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100 g blueberries
Instructions

    In a bowl, mix all of the above ingredients except the blueberries.

    Divide the batter into 4 discs on a lined baking tray, pressing to flatten and making a small hollow in each, fill with blueberries.

  3. 3

    Bake in a preheated oven/airfryer for 25 minutes at 360 degrees.
