Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
  • 240 g Self Rising Flour
  • 250 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Fairlife
  • 1/2 cup Confectioner Sweetener
  • 1 scoop CASEIN Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sweetener
  • 3 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon to taste
Instructions

    In a large bowl add Flour, Protein Powder, & Yogurt.

    Knead into a dough ball.

  3. 3

    Roll dough out into a large rectangle.

  4. 4

    Mix syrup and brown sweetener to make filling.

  5. 5

    Spread filling across dough.

  6. 6

    Roll dough and cut into 4 even rolls.

    Add to 8x8 baking dish and glaze the top of the rolls with the filling.

    Add 1/4 cup milk around edges of rolls.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

    In a small bowl mix confectioner sweetener and remaining milk to make glaze.

    Top baked rolls.
