A delicious and protein-packed buffalo chicken pasta bake.

Add pasta to circular oven safe dish
Season chicken breast and add to dish on top of pasta
Make cheese sauce by mixing cottage cheese, milk, cheddar powder and frank's red hot buffalo sauce
Pour cheese sauce into dish with chicken and pasta.
Stir together, make sure all pasta is covered by liquid sauce. Top with shredded cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Optional: Top with Fat Free Ranch, more Buffalo sauce, and fresh green onion or cilantro.
