High Protein Powdered Donuts
Ingredients
  • 60 g all purpose flour
  • 66 g vanilla protein powder (or any protein powder you have)
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 g zero calorie sweetener
  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 whole egg (optional but highly recommended)
  • 1 splash vanilla extract (optional but highly recommended)
  • 1/4 cup Cold water
Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

    Add in wet ingredients (Greek yogurt, and optional egg/vanilla).

    If clumpy, add water until dough is sticky.

    Pipe or spoon into a donut mold.

    Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5 minutes.

    Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sweetener.
