Ingredients
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 3 cup egg whites
  • 3 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 cup mixed fajita onions (frozen)
  • 6 whole chicken sausage links (organic, 80 cal each, 12g protein each)
  • 6 servings fat-free cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

    Crack one egg into each container.

    Add half a cup of egg whites into each container.

    Add half a cup of cottage cheese into each container.
