Preheat oven to 360°F (fan) / 400°F (no fan).
Mix bread flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts and shape into bagels.
Brush each bagel with egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp of water) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
