Greek Yogurt Chocolate Chip Bagels
Ingredients
  • 1 cup protein flour
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • coconut oil spray to taste (for coating)
  • 2 tbsp protein flour

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Add Greek yogurt (dough will be sticky, mix until a smooth dough forms).

    Mix in chocolate chips.

    Form the dough into a round ball and cut it into two pieces. Roll pieces out and connect the two ends together to form a bagel shape.

    On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spray each bagel with coconut oil spray and additional chocolate chips (if desired).

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, let cool and enjoy with your favorite bagel toppings!
