Preheat oven to 350F.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add Greek yogurt (dough will be sticky, mix until a smooth dough forms).
Mix in chocolate chips.
Form the dough into a round ball and cut it into two pieces. Roll pieces out and connect the two ends together to form a bagel shape.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spray each bagel with coconut oil spray and additional chocolate chips (if desired).
