Prepare the Chicken Patties: In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Place the crushed corn flakes in a shallow dish. Coat each chicken patty with the crushed corn flakes, pressing gently to adhere.
Air Fry the Patties: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place the chicken patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops of the patties with cooking spray. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread 1 tablespoon of low-calorie mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place a chicken patty on each bun, followed by 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce.
