Blend cottage cheese, 1 tbsp buffalo sauce and garlic powder. Season with s+p.
Mix shredded chicken with remaining tbsp of buffalo sauce.
Spray small skillet or ramekin and layer cottage cheese base, buffalo chicken, beans and shredded cheese.
Bake at 400 for 7-9 mins and enjoy!
