Mix chicken with spices until thoroughly blended and all chicken is covered in spice blend
Cook the chicken in a skillet on medium heat 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and juicy; set chicken aside
Add garlic cloves, chopped onion, chopped red and green bell peppers to skillet and cook on medium for 5-6 minutes
Then add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, parsley and paprika and mix well
Add 560g of cooked rice and mix until the color changes; add 1 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley
Chop up chicken and serve with rice
