Ingredients

  • 900 g Raw Chicken Thighs, Boneless Skinless
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste or 5 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Mixed Herbs (Oregano, Basil, Thyme) (Oregano, Basil, Thyme)
  • 1.5 tsp Parsley
  • 1.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

    Mix chicken with spices until thoroughly blended and all chicken is covered in spice blend

    Cook the chicken in a skillet on medium heat 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and juicy; set chicken aside

Ingredients

  • 4 whole garlic cloves, chopped
  • 100 g chopped onions
  • 150 g chopped red & green bell peppers
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1.5 tsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp freshley chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. 1

    Add garlic cloves, chopped onion, chopped red and green bell peppers to skillet and cook on medium for 5-6 minutes

  2. 2

    Then add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, parsley and paprika and mix well

  3. 3

    Add 560g of cooked rice and mix until the color changes; add 1 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley

  4. 4

    Chop up chicken and serve with rice
