Cook the bowtie pasta according to packaging instructions and save 1 cup of pasta water.
In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup light butter and add 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Add 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup half and half, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning to saucepan with butter and garlic.
Stir in 1/4 cup cream cheese and 42g Parmesan until melted.
Adjust the sauce thickness with 1/2 - 1 cup pasta water based on your preference.
Mix in 1/2 cup chipotle adobo sauce.
Season 2 lb chicken breast with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
Air fry the chicken at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
Combine the pasta, sauce, and sliced chicken.
