French Toast Sticks with Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 4 slices low carb bread
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Carbmaster milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp zero-cal sugar (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp zero calorie powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions

    Blend cottage cheese, eggs, milk, syrup, protein powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, vanilla extract until smooth.

    Cut the bread into thirds to create sticks. Dip each stick into the mixture and coat both sides.

    Cook the dipped sticks on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on each side.

    While toast cooks, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and powdered sugar until smooth to make the topping.

    Mix 2 tsp of cinnamon and zero-cal sugar for cinnamon dusting; dip cooked french toast sticks in mixture

    Plate the French toast and top with cream cheese icing.
