Mix egg, ground chicken, shredded parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and 1/4 cup BBQ sauce together, mix well and then form 20 round patties.
Heat a large pan over medium heat and spray with avocado oil.
Once hot, add chicken nuggets and cook about 6 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165F and they’re crispy on both sides.
Mix the remaining 1/4 cup BBQ sauce with the 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and ranch seasoning to create the dipping sauce.
