High Protein Burritos
Ingredients
  • 2 lb lean ground beef (96/4)
  • 1 pack packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 whole onion
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 8 whole tortillas
Instructions

    Chop up the onion and cook in skillet on stove top. Once the chopped onion is sauteed, add the ground beef, beef broth, taco seasoning, tomato paste, cream cheese, mix it up and let it all cook.

    Make sauce by adding 1/2 cup greek yogurt, mayo, paprika, garlic powder, pinch of salt, lime juice and a little bit of water to food processor and mix until smooth

    Disburse meat mixture evenly onto each of the 8 tortillas. Wrap each into a burrito and toast in skillet. Add sauce
